In November, IRCC conducted two Express Entry draws targeting PNP candidates, issuing 775 ITAs on November 10 and another 613 on November 24.

Until November, the Express Entry Stream of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) held an invitation round. The AINP held a draw on November 9 and invited 200 candidates with a CRS score of at least 343.
Prince Edward Island held a major draw scheduled for November 18 and issued a total of 188 invitations to immigration candidates.
