1. Australian immigration program MINT

The MINT Australian settlement program, which stands for Migrant Innovation Northern Territory program, is an idea owned and managed by the Paspalis Group. The MINT program was successfully implemented in 2019 and supported by the Government of the North Territory, aiming to: 

• Fundraising for startups under Darwin Innovation Hub
• Support Northern Territory Government Settlement Programs
• Not only contributing to the venture capital for the Northern Territory, but also attracting immigrants with diverse skills or management experience to live and work here.

2. Program Requirements

To receive a Northern Territory Government nomination:

• Applicants only need to meet the conditions of an investment visa (188A) or a skilled visa (190, 491). See more details at the link below:

• Invest AUD 515,000, of which 80% is invested in Government Bonds and the remaining 20% ​​is invested in start-ups managed by the Fund.

3. Program advantages

• The applicant and his/her family are granted a permanent resident/temporary visa and can apply for Australian citizenship afterwards.

• Interest rate 1-5%/year.

• After 5 years, the investment in the Bonds (80%) will be refunded and the remaining investment (20%) will be refunded according to the actual business situation of the fund.

• The investment fund also promises to refund in case the visa application is refused.
