Skilled Worker Canada (SW) is a program for foreigners with high quality and qualified workers who want to immigrate in Canada.
The program's target audience is non-Canadian foreign nationals; have work experience, apply for occupations in accordance with their own experience as well as the criteria of the Program and of the Province; and have the desire and intention to settle and develop life in the Province. The applicant's spouse and children under the age of 22 who are financially dependent may be accompanied by a set of documents
Skilled immigration in Canada is divided into 3 categories:
- Immigrate under the Federal Skilled Worker Stream (Canada Express Entry)
- Settlement according to the skills of the Provinces/States, excluding Quebec (Provincial Nominee Programs)
- Immigrate to skilled workers under the province's own program (Quebec-selected skilled worker)
The advantage of this skilled Canadian immigration program compared to the provincial immigration program is that candidates can stay in any state they want without being bound by commitments between provinces.
However, for this program, there are conditions and immigration requirements that are much more difficult than the provincial program. Currently, there are three types of federal skilled immigration policy:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program.
- Federal Skilled Trade Program.
- Canadian Experience Class (Federal Work Experience program).
What are the advantages that the Canadian skilled migration program brings to you? Let's take a look at the advantages below! That is:
