1. Geographical Location

Pacific Time Zone (UTC – 8:00): about 15 hours slower than Vietnam. In Canada, this time zone applies to both British Columbia - where the beautiful and vibrant city of Vancouver is located, and the Pacific Ocean region.

6. Language

Overview of Canada has two main languages, English and French. English is spoken throughout Canada except Quebec, where French is the official language.
