NDAA CHANGES E2 VISA FOR PORTUGAL AND CBI INVESTORS
In late 2022, the US House of Representatives decided to include the AMIGOS Act, a bill introduced in 2019, into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Accordingly, the E2 visa changes by the NDAA will affect the interests of CBI investors as well as Portuguese citizens.
